Description
Description
Percide is an advanced peroxide-based, hospital-grade disinfectant, TGA listed, developed for the eradication of mould and decontamination of infectious environments. Its unique formula penetrates deep into porous surfaces and reacts aggressively with mould spores and growth to fully eradicate them — visibly fizzing on contact with mould as it lifts spores out of the surface pores. Rather than encapsulating or masking mould, Percide eradicates its spore roots, removes mould staining, and brightens the treated surface, delivering consistent 100% clearance on every remediation job.
Percide also displays powerful biocidal activity against bacteria and viruses. When evaluated against the Hospital Grade disinfection test and the AOAC Hard Surface Carrier test, it achieves total microorganism elimination in just 60 seconds. Against Aspergillus Brasiliensis, Percide achieves a greater than 4.5log reduction in only 10 minutes, offering a highly effective and economical ready-to-use solution.

BENEFITS
- Bio-Decontamination — disinfects bio-contaminated surfaces
- Mould Eradication & Destaining — kills mould and removes mould and bacterial staining, lifting mould out of surface pores
- Advanced Peroxide Formula — delivers powerful disinfection and mould eradication in a low-toxic, easy-to-use form
- Deep Penetration — combined with super-wetting technology to penetrate faster and deeper into fibres and porous substrates
- Odour Elimination — eliminates odours at the source through antimicrobial action against odour-causing germs
- Environmentally Safe — inherently biodegradable and safe for use in food environments
APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY
Suitable for use on:
- Carpet, Upholstery
- Natural Stone, Ceramic & Porcelain, Concrete & Masonry
- Plasterboard, Rubber, Timber, Vinyl
Ideal for biological waste decontamination, mould remediation and disinfection across residential, commercial and disaster restoration environments.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity prior to use. Observe all safety directions and read the SDS before use. Percide is safe for use on many synthetic carpets and fabrics; however, fibres destabilised by disaster activity could be affected — see notes regarding use on carpet and fabric.
Mixing:
No dilution necessary. For enhanced mould build-up removal and biocidal action, mix 9 parts Percide with 1 part Percide Boost (use within 8 hours of mixing).
Application:
Remove and clean away all wet and dry debris. Apply Percide solution to the affected area, ensuring all surfaces come into contact with the solution — application can be by spray, wet fog, mop or cloth. Agitate briefly where possible to promote penetration into porous substrates; thorough agitation will dramatically aid mould and stain removal. Allow a minimum of 1 minute dwell time for disinfection and 10 minutes dwell time for mould remediation. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat for heavy mould conditions.
Note: For heavy mould situations, mix with Percide Boost for accelerated eradication and cleaning performance, and agitate thoroughly for best results. After cleaning and disinfection, Percide can be applied as a post-residual treatment to inhibit fresh mould growth.
