Expected Wear: Provides premium protection for up to 5 years under normal conditions. Reseal every 2–3 years in harsh environments or high-traffic areas. Clean regularly with Actichem Proneutro or a pH-neutral cleaner — avoid harsh acids, alkalis and solvent cleaners to maximise sealer life.

Considerations:

• Not suitable as a waterproof membrane or sub-surface waterproofing system
• Do not apply if rain is expected within 2 hours of application
• Allow surfaces to dry completely after rain before application

HOW TO USE

Read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity prior to full application.

Surface Preparation:

• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of contaminants
• New installations should be cured for a minimum of 48 hours
• Do not apply in direct sunlight; surface temperature should be between 10°C and 28°C

DILUTION

Ready to use. No dilution necessary.

APPLICATION

1. Apply 1 to 2 coats using a roller, applicator or sprayer, saturating the surface evenly.
2. Keep the surface visibly wet for at least 1 minute.
3. Allow 5–10 minutes for penetration, moving excess sealer to the next section with a squeegee.
4. Apply a second coat after 20–30 minutes if required.
5. Remove any remaining residue after the final application — use Methylated Spirits to remove dried residue if necessary.
6. Allow 6 hours before light traffic. Keep dry for 12 hours. Full cure achieved within 24–48 hours.
