C-Complex™ is a next-generation, concentrated performance additive designed to substantially increase concrete grinding, polishing and cutting speed while significantly extending diamond tool life. By exploiting advanced physical and chemical properties, C-Complex™ radically improves diamond tool effectiveness — shortening jobs, lowering tool costs and raising profit margins for concrete grinding professionals.

Non-toxic, low odour and biodegradable, C-Complex™ is used at only 1% concentration with water, making it one of the most cost-effective performance additives available for wet concrete processing.

SILICA SAFETY

There has been a worldwide shift toward wet grinding and cutting of concrete in response to global recognition of the health risks from breathing silica dust released from concrete and granite aggregate. In many countries, dry processing of concrete and natural stone outdoors has been outlawed, and indoor dry processing must adhere to strict ventilation protocols. C-Complex™ supports safe wet grinding practices.

HOW TO USE

Option 1: Mix 1% C-Complex™ with water, then apply the solution directly to the concrete floor.

Option 2: In systems that release water onto the floor during grinding, premix 1% C-Complex™ with water in your tank, or use an electronic doser/fertigation equipment to add 1% C-Complex™ into the mix as you go.

Typical Application Rate: 0.8–1% C-Complex™ mixed with water. 1% works very well for most projects.

Additional Tips:

• Use M-Protect™ as a release agent sprayed onto machinery prior to use for easier removal of dried concrete slurry
• Use W-Protect™ as a release agent sprayed onto walls to protect them from stone slurry — rinses off easily with water
• If using more than 1% in a recycling system, use Rache NC-7 Anti-Foam™ to control foaming

Storage: Best used within 3 years of manufacture date. Keep container tightly sealed in a well-ventilated place at 2–38°C (36–100°F).
