Grout Restore 60 is a high-powered, phosphoric acid-based cleaner engineered for the intensive restoration of hard surfaces. With 60% active phosphoric acid and added detergents, it cuts through stubborn cement residues, mineral scale, efflorescence and deep-seated grime with precision and speed.

Its advanced formula combines acid strength with penetrating agents, making it ideal for challenging restoration tasks such as builders cleans, washrooms, pool surrounds, showers and aged grout lines. Grout Restore 60 delivers rapid results where other cleaners fail — but should be kept clear of acid-sensitive surfaces and all ferrous and non-ferrous metals to avoid corrosion.

APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY

Ideally suited for use on masonry surfaces, flooring and walls. Safe for use on all man-made tiles.

• Use with care on sandstone, quarry tiles, terracotta, grout and slate
• Not recommended for acid-sensitive surfaces including engineered stone, terrazzo, marble, limestone, granite and other natural stone
• Avoid contact with all ferrous and non-ferrous metals

Especially suited to builders cleans, restoration applications, washrooms, showers and pools — almost anywhere with dirty tiles or concrete.

HOW TO USE

Read and understand the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity prior to use. Grout Restore 60 is a corrosive acid — gloves and eye protection must be worn.

Dilutions:

• Mineral scale build-up, efflorescence, cement residues & heavy duty applications — 1:4–1:8 (200–110mL/Litre)
• Grout residues & light duty applications — 1:30–1:40 (30–20mL/Litre)

Application — Heavy duty (scale, efflorescence, cement residues):

1. Apply with a clean mop and bucket, rotary scrubber, auto-scrubber or pressure washer. Apply only to a limited area at a time — do not allow solution to dry.
2. Scrub thoroughly with an applicable nylon scouring/floor pad or brush.
3. Allow 10–30 minutes reaction time, then re-agitate.
4. Extract the resultant slurry using extraction equipment.
5. Neutralise remaining residues by rinsing thoroughly with a 1:300 solution (30mL/10Lt) of T&G Cleaner Pro or ProNeutro.

Application — Grout residues & light duty:

1. Apply with a clean mop and bucket, rotary scrubber, auto-scrubber or pressure washer, to a limited area at a time — do not allow solution to dry.
2. Scrub thoroughly with an applicable nylon scouring/floor pad or brush.
3. Allow 10–30 minutes reaction time and re-agitate.
4. Rinse well with clean water.
