Lithofin MN Power-Clean is a special product from the LITHOFIN range, formulated for marble, natural and engineered stone (MN). This mildly alkaline cleaner is solvent-free, low in odour and highly economical to use, featuring a balanced mixture of cleaning components that guarantee optimal performance.

Lithofin MN Power-Clean effectively removes grease and oil, all types of general and ingrained dirt, floor polish residues, old acrylic emulsions and other care product build-up — making it ideal for thoroughly cleaning used or heavily soiled natural stone surfaces, as well as the initial cleaning of newly laid surfaces.

APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY

Ideal for thoroughly cleaning used or exceptionally dirty natural stone surfaces, as well as for the initial cleaning of newly laid surfaces. Suitable for polished, finely honed and rough marble and other natural stones, for both indoor and outdoor use.

Avoid contact with metal, wood, painted or varnished surfaces, wallpaper and other sensitive areas. Always test in an inconspicuous area prior to use.

HOW TO USE

Always test the product in an inconspicuous area before full application.

DILUTIONS

• Standard cleaning — dilute up to 1:10 with water
• Stubborn dirt deposits — apply undiluted or diluted up to 1:5

APPLICATION

1. Apply and evenly distribute the diluted solution, then wipe the surface.
2. For stubborn dirt deposits, apply with a brush and distribute evenly.
3. Allow the product to work for 10–20 minutes, brushing occasionally. Do not allow to dry — add water if necessary.
4. Brush again before wiping up. On large areas, use a squeegee to remove the product.
5. Wash the surface thoroughly with clean water.
6. If results are not satisfying, repeat the process, allowing the product to work longer and brushing more vigorously.

Advice: For removing wax layers, we recommend Lithofin WAX-OFF. For cement residues and rust discolorations on granite, gneiss and similar acid-resistant stones, use Lithofin MN Builders’ Clean.

Storage: Keep closed, cool and dry, not above 25°C. Shelf life of up to 3 years.

Environmental Protection: Contained surfactants are biodegradable according to EC Regulation No. 648/2004 (Detergents Regulation). Bottles and canisters are made from environmentally friendly polyethylene and can be recycled.

Safety: May be corrosive to metals. Concentrate causes serious eye damage. Keep out of reach of children and store only in the original container. Wear eye and face protection. If in eyes, rinse cautiously with water for several minutes, removing contact lenses if present. Continue rinsing and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
